quit smoking hypnotherapy – what you/i can do?
hi… this is the first post after some time. i’d highly appreciate if you would… like it. i need to tell you something – i AM smoking. a pack a day, sometimes more. what i can do about it and why i don’t do it?
i’ve just seen anime movie called dogs (oav – you can see it here: ) which more or less inspired me to write this post. I’ve even attached this post. As this is the moment of truth i hope all of you get it right. I’m smoking since few good years – being 24 years old (since last month, feb 2010)… i’ve started simply by taking that “decision” while being pissed of on my first girlfriend. I went out from her flat and decided to get a pack of cigs – since then i’m smoking one pack a day. Don’t I know how to stop?
well i know and… as this is the moment of truth it must comes to hypnosis. I HAVE DONE MY FIRST HYPNOSIS after MUSHrOOMS trip – i’m curious how this will go out in google? anyway that is truth – i’ve done my first relaxation trance after trips. i’ve gone in a deep hypnotic trance few good hours after i’ve done my second [or third] trip on polish, hallucinogenic mushrooms. Well this can uncover few things. There are some more facts… before i’ve touched it i’ve used to attend a fast learning and reading course in Poland, in Przemysl for 2 years so this experience simply “rocketed up” my will to investigate mind. Since that time i get to know more than 10 proper and WORKING quit smoking hypnotherapys. The question is… why the hell i haven’t use them?
answer is very simple – i do not want it! I’m ok taking that cig with coffer in the morning, or even taking it while waiting for a proper coffer (i drink mocca… portion for 4 in one cup – and you? i hope you do something more healthy)… well i hope and believe (the second one is much better point) that I will quit one day. Until that day i don’t… quite. I do not want to go over typical routine as a lot of my friends did – it begins with statement “i quit smoking… i will smoke only 5 cigs a day” and it finishes after three weeks with “i’ve came back smoking… after some time” and truly the worst thing it is that people repeat it. By that they make their will’s statemnts weaker- you got what i mean? In 6 years I’ve decided to quit just once… not 5 times in a year. When I will decide to stop I will stop – it is my biz (lol) that i decide to smoke.
I know all the ways to stop smoking… i don’t do Wendi’s hypnosis for stop smoking because i dont want a quit smoking hypnotherapy. I’m using Neuro Programmer since few good years for relaxationa, concentration, meditation and hemi-sync. In the same time I stay away from “Addiction / Chemical Dependency Reduction” brainwave session because i know that it will work. I’m gonna use hypnosis and brainwave applications for quit smoking when I’m sure to leave smoke – as for the moment, i’m too sure that they’re… to effective.
In the same time you may want to leave smoking. If you do there’s no better thing than hypnosis and neuro programmer. as for current posts I can say… “hello Poland” as I’ve came back to my origin’s ground after 3 years of ‘fooling around’ in Europe. This time i want to stay for some longer – in the same time… please forgive me rate of updates as at the second I’m looking for a flat in Krakow (which is btw. very beautiful city) and stable internet connection – got one but that’s not enough.
