Vitamin for memory

February 13, 2010

Ok, so which one is best vitamin for memory? The most important is not one… but all the vitamins from B group. In the same time C, A & E are also important and i will really pass on stuff like magnesium, iron, zinc etc. which are also pretty required for retaining your mind in a good condition.

Why vitamin B for memory?
It is pretty simple – if you will lack any of these: Choline, Inositol (B8), Pyridoxine (B6), Niacin (B3), Riboflavin (B2), Cobalamin (B12) you can be quite sure that your memorization skill will go down and i dont mean only ability to remember facts but also how fast you can remember them. Exactly that… speed of your remembering depends a lot upon these ones! Sounds surprising? well, it is not a problem as it is enough to eat following stuff: sunnflower & it’s seeds, muesli because of that ‘weird’ stuff in it like nuts and razins… you can pass on the one that have loads of chocolate but not necessary as it is good source of magnesium, melasa, yellow from the egg, raisins (again – say hello to muesli for your breakfast!), pistacios, all the kinds of nuts and most of citrus fruits.

To say again – there is a best vitamin for memory and it is definitely one from B group. In the same time we need to remember about ‘the second part’… I invite you to read my article so you know what gives to your brain magnesium, fosfor, zinc, iron, potasium, calcium, pteroylglutamic acid and others – believe me they are as important as vitamins!
