Learning self hypnosis.<br />
Hypnosis self-induced by hypnotized subject is called self-hypnosis. The condition is that you get in hypnotic trance without suggestion of anyone else. In shortcut any recordings are out of self-hypnosis which pretty often occurs spontaneously, but monitoring of its progress is quite difficult. It is as hard as controlling your dreams may be. In the same time there is another type of hypnotic experience inherently acquired self hypnosis. </p>
<p>Inherently acquired self hypnosis<br />
It&#8217;s quite typical for pilots and drivers being on the road for a long time. It may occur after so-called &#8220;nap after the wheel&#8221;, but there&#8217;s no rule for that. If you&#8217;ve took long time without rest then you might have noticed when you drove &#8220;on autopilot&#8221; as said one of my friends. It is characterized by the fact that after that experience we don&#8217;t remember exactly what just happened or we did not feel the passage of time. <p>Learning hypnosis (self-hypnosis).<br />
There are two ways to learn self-hypnosis. This ability can be achieved by conditioning during hypnosis or through self-study. </p>
<p>Enable self-hypnosis skill with hypnotic trance and good hypnotist<br />
This is the fastest and easiest way to learn the self-hypnosis rapidly. If you choose this way then along with time will come experience and your knowledge about hypnosis will grow. Hypnosis trance is not that hard and this article will go through process of hypnotizing someone in details. The correct course of hypnotizing should have the following procedure:<br />

<p><strong>The conversation</strong> is very important initial step in hypnosis, and despite this, it is very often ignored (mostly because of laziness and excessive faith in the hypnotist forces). Introductory talk allows hypnotherapist to have a overlook of the ideas they have about putting certain person under hypnosis. This knowledge is usually a great help for hypnotherapist to proceeding with this person. The initial conversation goal is to learn what subject thinks and knows about hypnosis. <p>Chosen methods depends on the nature of the person and its actual mood combined with emotional state. Therefore, it is extremely important to initially interview people. Thanks to that you can refer to the nature of subject and his current wellbeing along with sense of humor. Choosing the wrong approach to the person can prevent you completely from putting subject into a trance.  </p>
<p><strong>Hypnosis Techniques</strong></p>
<p>There is as much techniques as hypnotherapists. Maybe that is saturation, but they develop their own techniques. In this book present some classical techniques that are good base to create your own technique. When hypnotizing someone analogies to sleep are used very often for two reasons. First, entering trance is very similar to sleep, and secondly, people can easily associate the impression from sleep, with the impressions flowing during the relaxation. These analogies used properly put subject under sleepy monotonous auditory stimuli, visual and tactile to cause drowsiness, and thereby convince person that the body shall be subjected to the commands of a hypnotist.  </p>
<p>The most commonly used techniques are:<br />
- Technique of Bernheim<br />
- Hand levitation<br />
- Visual fixation<br />
- Stage  </p>
<p><strong>The hypnotic technique of Bernheim</strong> &#8211; tell the heaviness of the eyelids, drowsiness, inability to<br />
eye-opening. If you have already reached the heaviness in the hand, then continue with the legs and rest of the body. Remember to talk about sleepiness, docility and peace. We give our suggestions using monotonous and calm voice, so as to increase sleepiness in hypnosis subject. <p><strong>The eye fixation technique</strong> &#8211; Hypnotized person stares for a long time in an object kept at a distance of approximately 30 cm from his or her eyes. It is the most well-known hypnosis technique and it&#8217;s also one of most often used. Our goal is to trigger fatigue and sleepiness, so that the same tired eyes close and to prevent the overconcentrating of subject on other thoughts. During the time in which hypnotized person is looking through an object fixations, we give suggestions for relaxing the eyes, sleepiness and severity of the eyelids. Once subject close it&#8217;s eyes you follow as with Bernheim technique.  </p>

- &#8220;Moving in time&#8221; which can be used to uncover memories from childhood.<br />
- Induction and influencing senses. It is possible to make subject feel flow of air in the room etc.<br />
- Providing posthypnotic suggestions. Possible to check only after going out of the trance.  </p>
<p>When we get to have an average level of hypnosis, we can attempt to try and subject can open your eyes and walk. This must be done very carefully so as not to cause self-<br />
dehipnotization. This may also happen if you use too difficult suggestions. If the subject is able to do it that means he or she arrived at deep level of hypnotic trance and we can continue with our suggestions.  </p>
<p><strong>Posthypnotic suggestions.  </strong><br />
They are the best proof that someone was in hypnosis. At the same time they failure does not mean that subject was not hypnotize. Posthypnotic suggestion is the one that call for any action after leaving trance. It can be also set to work with agree signal. This signal exist in unconscious mind so posthypnotic amnesia doesn&#8217;t affect it in any way. Therefore, even after the command so absurd as opening and closing of the window the mind translates it into rational action. It is the easiest thing in the whole trance. The most commonly used method is a slow countdown to the five or ten. The main advantage of the deduction method is its efficiency and quiet process, giving hypnotized person time to shift back to feeling their body. Output from the trance starts with giving suggestions that, when adding to the number five (or ten) will exit from the trance. Then count slowly from one to the five (or ten). Usually<br />
out of the trance occurs immediately after listing the number 5 (or 10). It happens that hypnotized do not want to get out of the trance state because such a very good feeling in it. It is then once again attempt to exit from the trance, and if that does not work, simply leave your subject to himself so that he fell asleep. After a short nap he&#8217;ll wake up already outside the trance.  </p>
<p>When we work with average or deeper trance subject usually do not remember the course of trance. That is why they find it difficult to believe that they were hypnotize<br />

Most hypnotists believe that the vast majority of the population can be hypnotized rather easily. It depends mainly on the emotional state of hypnosis subject and few other factors. Often the same person who enters into a deep trance very quickly have problems with getting hypnotized just few days later. It also works in opposite way. A person who has difficulty with getting relaxed loose them completely after their first hypnotic trance. </p>
<p>It should be noted that people who learn how to consciously enter into hypnotic trance enters it with less effort each time they use their hypnosis technique. Of course this is not a rule. One of the hypnotherapists states that about 5% of population cannot be hypnotized at all and just 25% can get in the deepest trance. According to him all the rest reaches different intermediate states of hypnosis. Other specialists and hypnotherapists achieves much better results which may be the result of a better approach to<br />
hypnotized person. For example Bernheim &#8211; claims that at the hospital 80% of the patients attained the state of deep hypnosis, while from the people hypnotized privately only 20%.  </p>
<p>Susceptibility to hypnosis is not dependent on gender, education and intelligence. By contrast, it depends on:<br />
- Age &#8211; from 5 to 17 years, somewhat higher than in other age groups<br />
- The relationship between the hypnotist and hypnosis subjects (prejudices and animosities creates bad prognosis)<br />
- Subject&#8217;s ideas on idea of hypnosis and value of the hypnotist. </p>
<p>It is worth noting that those who are somnambulists (sleeping deep, having difficulty distinguishing waking from sleep, walking in sleep) are very susceptible to hypnosis and easily fall in deep trance. </p>
<p><strong>Required depth of trance. </strong><br />
Required depth of trance should be understood as the plan to implement suggestions structured according to the level of difficulty. This means that the command that are more difficult for hypnotized ought to be passed in the greater depth a trance. In addition, hypnotherapists use selected suggestions to determine the depth of trance. These are appropriately selected suggestions that are not too difficult to implement. </p>
<p>According to Forel hypnosis can be divided into three main stages:<br />
- Light (i.e. somnolence sleepiness &#8211; is characterized by fatigue, and relaxation).<br />
- Average (light sleep) &#8211; hypnotized subject can not open your eyes, but does not lose memory.<br />
- Deep-(somnambulism, or deep sleep) &#8211; subject can open your eyes in a trance, speak and walk.</p>
<p><strong>Tests of susceptibility to hypnotic suggestion.</strong></p>
<p>These tests are useful for determining whether the test person is susceptible to hypnosis. But people who react for suggestions not always can be easily hypnotized. It can not be concealed, however, that people can easily accepting suggestions are more prone to hypnostis. Here are few popular methods.</p>
<p><em>Test of clenched fist.</em><br />
It is usually applied by hypnotherpaists because of its simplicity and the possibility of application on larger groups. Tested person sits comfortably with eyes closed. We suggest to focus on the impressions coming from the hand. We suggest the person to tighten hand on the back of a chair and then suggest that the jaws created out of their hand tightens on chair more and harder. Then hypnotherapist suggests that the jaws do not want to unclench despite attempts. Carefull<br />
observation that follow last suggestion shows susceptibility of the respondent. The harder one&#8217;s hand clenches the more susceptible to suggestions.</p>
<p><em>Test or light hands.</em><br />
In this test the person tested is at the door, hands the outer part are based on frames. Eyes are closed. Hypnotist commands her hands to push the door frame for about one minute. At that time we say that she has a very light hand, which themselves rise to the top. Then person takes a step forward. We are seeing how high those hands to float. The higher the greater susceptibility to suggestion. This test is loaded with some risk of interpretative, since the lifting of hands is caused by in part, diastolic blood pressure in the muscles. Learn to speed read &#8211; #1 introduction<br />
Learning to read faster is easier than you may think. Honestly you can read two times faster in under 15 minutes&#8230; you think it&#8217;s magic? Once you loose false beliefs about your limitations and fully appreciate your brain you will read faster than you ever dream of!<br />
btw. the 15 minutes two times reading speed tutorial is available under speed reading techniques, but this post will be entry for more powerfully reading.  </p>
<p>In a matter of a fact it&#8217;s a second entry and you might want to read my article that&#8217;s published at ezinearticles (link in the end of this post). Entry is so important, but i won&#8217;t be writing again about things that were already covered so I&#8217;ll start by list of things you need to loose before you actually read faster and then I&#8217;ll be covering much more methods. I&#8217;m not quite sure how much posts I&#8217;ll need to write to cover full speed reading course, but you can be sure it&#8217;s free and well, i hope you&#8217;ll enjoy as much as i do. </p>
<p>Things that might consider your person and that needs to be killed before we proceed: </p>
<p>1. Haste.<br />
Probably you&#8217;ve been reading at normal speed for your whole life so there&#8217;s no haste! Keep yourself calm and relax&#8230; of course it&#8217;s great to feel excited and visualize yourself reading just at speed of one page per minute, but give yourself time &#8211; i guess one year is enough in normal pace. </p>
<p>2. Worries.<br />
There&#8217;s no black magic in here. It is enough that you put yourself solidly and practice a little bit every day AND YOU WILL READ FASTER. This course is combination of checked strategies that contains techniques bringing 100% sure results so you can start enjoying right now. </p>
<p>3. Lack of faith in your mind and subconscious.<br />
I&#8217;ve already wrote so much about it&#8230; believe in yourself and you will get what you want. Believe in your mind and you will get much more. </p>
<p>4. Perfectionism.<br />
All or nothing attitude cannot bring you nothing else than doom. It breaks point number two and doesn&#8217;t motivate your mind to learn faster. Keep in mind that the more pressure you set on yourself the more badly you affect your abilities. You need to free yourself from this. </p>
<p>5. Bad habits.<br />
Leaving things for later or passing on your daily practice can be a big problem and if you do so you will definitely arrive at your target later&#8230; in a better option. In worst you may feel anxious and leave your training so guard yourself and develop habits that keep you practicing every single day. </p>
<p>6. Low esteem as a reader.<br />
It doesn&#8217;t matter how you read now, all that matters is how you are able to improve within one year from this moment. If you want a quick boost in self esteem then simply go to &#8220;speed reading techniques&#8221; category and do the 15 minutes speedreading tutorial. It&#8217;ll show you very fast that your able to read two times faster in no time. </p>
<p>The right attitude will help you to achieve your speedreading goals much faster. If you say to yourself anything like &#8220;I think I&#8217;m not able to do this&#8221; or &#8220;I read slowly&#8221; then it will just disturb you. Whenever you think like that you should remind yourself this post or just come back and read it. You can also come up with a motivating sentence that you&#8217;ll repeat to yourself every time you could feel a doubt. Developing the right attitude have extreme impact on your speed while you learn to read faster. </p>
<p>To sum things up I need to say that even with outstanding speed you can read poetry slower as it gives more pleasure in this way. Read it carefully and if your baby watch a lot of TV or computer then make sure to lower that time and make it more productive &#8211; there&#8217;s a lot of nice software for learning on PC and national geographic is much better than another episode of serial killers! </p>
<p>Long hours spent in front of computer or TV can lead to problems with concentration at school. This warning came up from psychologists and the research was published in &#8220;pediatrics&#8221; magazine. Scientists from Iowa State University done research on a group of 1300 children in school age whom gave reports on time spent with computer and TV. Results were compared with teacher&#8217;s report on how the children acted towards the lesson (concentration, completing tasks and how the children disturbed to others). </p>
<p>67% of children who watched TV or played computer games for longer than two hours a day had greater problems with their focus abilities. In some cases the difference of concentration was similar to one observed in children having ADD. Two hours a day of TV is MAXIMUM LIMIT advised my American Pediatric Academy. Douglas Gentile underlines that with some children there could be many other factors. In the same time it doesn&#8217;t change the fact children who spent a lot of time with TV or PC are endangered by heightened risk of problems with weight and memory. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s my private blog and happily I can write whatever I want, it&#8217;s called freedom of speech. I respect a lot of teachers, but I&#8217;m big enemy of classical education system as with passing years I notice more and more mistakes. You need to know that your baby&#8217;s school program is set upfront, new learning methods cannot be approved without changing whole country&#8217;s plan so it&#8217;s mistake by itself. I&#8217;m quite young (hitting 25 this year), but hopefully in few years I&#8217;ll have my baby and what i can say is that it will learn at home. Social skills can be obtained with sport classes and different activities without the need to brainwash, lower self esteem and lower child&#8217;s creativity and brain skills. If you think I&#8217;m saying some lies then I&#8217;ll point out just one thing in case you haven&#8217;t stumbled on it before&#8230; the first thing you learn at speed reading course is reading with pointer (grill stick with colored/burned end is cool) and the first thing they teach your baby at school once its start to read IS TO STOP using fingers which are natural pointers. Have any other questions? Start being responsible for education and live of your beloved ones, don&#8217;t leave it in hands of system that&#8217;s set up to produce  consumers that follows template and TV conditioning.</p>

<p>1. Brain is programmed to wait for positive results.<br />
Our minds were &#8220;programmed&#8221; to wait for better results of our actions. The newest research proves that people have bigger tendency to pass on instant pleasure and can wait for it years if such strategy can bring bigger benefits. According to Jan Peters from university in Hamburg people show tendency to put their prizes away. Researches showed that in situations when we can choose quick, but small effect we tend to go for long-term option which can bring us more. It means that if you want to get your goals quick you may want to choose ones that are easier to realize. Thanks to that you will make your brain help you to achieve them fully and to do it within short time. If you choose your money making goal to be something huge then you might be programming yourself to work for next two years.</p>
<p>2. We can concentrate on up to seven things at once.<br />
You can consciously take note of seven different objects or things and how they change. You can train your mind to perceive even more objects in the same time and do multitasking jobs, but focusing on just one will benefit your projects in much stronger way. It&#8217;s typical that just when we start to work on something, our mind start to think about something completely else. Improving your concentration result in more projects done in shorter time. The fact that our brain loves to go in mental circles was proven many times and that is why we keep thinking about same things over and over again. It is time to realize it and choose the right circles. If your mind goes in mental and thought circles that concentrate on past or something else while you do your job, then you need to start influencing it and choose mind rounds that will bring you more benefits. Just imagine yourself rich.</p>
<p>3. Your brain listens you if you train it.<br />
Even if we push away thought it happens to come back with double strength. What you can do is close your eyes, visualize your brain for minute or two and then start repeating that you are the one who set the rules. After one week you will be able to set your mind on positive thoughts. Even if this sounds funny it is true so if you are not already, then it is time to start being master of your brain and make it work for your fortune.</p>

Take an empty wallet and start saying that you are rich and it is full of money. This will not bring you the effects because you know that this wallet is as empty as it can be. Even if you repeat it 1000 times it will not get better. What you can do is change of belief that resides deep inside your subconscious mind. I lied a little bit because you can cheat or at least use few tricks. It requires getting into hypnotic trance and through that letting new information and beliefs go directly into your subconscious without comparing them to what you already know or believe in. Such scaling is takes place with with each bit of new information and performed by our inner critic. Getting into trance let you pass on judgement of that &#8220;watch dog&#8221; and thanks to that let you place new beliefs in your mind easily. I think that when it comes to making money there are no better beliefs than those:<br />
- making money is easy for me,<br />
- I spot occasion to make money on each corner,<br />
- making money is so easy with mind like mine,<br />
- I am human being and I am created to enjoy this life,<br />
- money are good because i can exchange it for pleasures.</p>
<p>When your mind will accept these simple facts and you will start using them to change your attitude towards making money even the sky stops to be a limit! This article contains my thoughts and conclusions after reading new motivation article in &#8220;Science Daily&#8221;. It can be surprising, but the brain can decide what he wants a lot WITHOUT INFLUENCE of it&#8217;s owner consciousness. Newest research showed that the both hemispheres DOESN&#8217;T EVEN NEED TO AGREE ON IT as motivation can rise in just one of them. <p>Psychologists used to think that motivation is conscious process in which you want something so you do things to achieve it. In the same time few years ago Mathias Pessiglione from institute on Brain &#038; Spinal cord in Paris showed that we may not be conscious about motivation so if our subconscious mind sees the prize we try harder even if we don&#8217;t realize it. </p>
<p>In previous researches subjects were watching picture of one Euro or one cent for just quarter of second. After that they were ordered to press handle pressure measuring machine and the more they pressed thy more coins they could take. The pictures were shown at unconscious level so participants couldn&#8217;t know what is the coin they press for. Results were very clear&#8230; people were pressing definitely harder when their subconscious mind was subject to one Euro image.  </p>
<p>After that Pessiglione along with his coworkers (Liane Schmidt, Stefano Palimentari and Gilles Lafargue) decide to go even further and check which can only one side (hemisphere) of brain can motivated. </p>
<p>Test they created started with a cross in the middle of the screen and then showing Euro and cents on the same sides of the screen. People were motivated subconsciously only when coins where appearing on one side of the screen. For example, if the coins showed up on the right side and subjects were pressing the measure with right hand they were doing it much more stronger if displayed coins were Euro and not cents. </p>
<p>In the same time if the coins appeared on the left side and pressure measuring machine was pressed with right hand, then subjects were more motivated when the Euro showed up. The scientists show that it is possible only when the left side of the brain is active so one side of the body would be more motivated than other. </p>
<p>Pessiglione said that this completely changes the conception of motivation even if idea of having left our left hand more motivated than right is quite weird idea. This research helps scientists to continue research about influence of both hemispheres of our brain. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>In my last post I mentioned importance of imagination in fast education. Sounds funny, but it&#8217;s pretty serious thing. This article will totally devoted to motivating yourself about changing your life with fast learning.</p>
<p>Whatever you do, at some point you will need to learn something new. Personally I don&#8217;t love so much that statement, but it&#8217;s here to help you realize few things. First of all, LEARNING IS FOR LIFE &#8211; it&#8217;s a process that starts once we&#8217;re in our mommy and continues until we day. Second, there&#8217;s really no one that can make you work on things. If you think that you really need to learn something then start working on your attitude. You can get few ideas at, most (but not all), learning <a href="http://www.fastlearningbrain.com/motivation-articles">motivation articles</a>, but this post is about something bigger.</p>
<p>I want you to answer to yourself for two crucial questions: What are your dreams and goals? and what holds you back to get them?</p>
<p>The third question is &#8220;why the hell you don&#8217;t get them faster?&#8221; I guess third question is most important. Now, it helps a human being to realize that there are many accelerated techniques and there are here to be used. Not to read about them, not to tell about them to others, but actually USE THEM. That&#8217;s right and nothing else is <img src='http://www.fastlearningbrain.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  So again, tell me what blocks you from fulfilling your dreams? Is it time? money? attitude? being afraid of success? maybe you&#8217;re just afraid that success might be something that you cannot handle? Think carefully as many people sabotage their efforts and aren&#8217;t even conscious about it!</p>
<p>STOP TRYING, DO IT!</p>
<p>Prepare plan, set your <a href="http://www.fastlearningbrain.com/motivation-articles/writing-learning-goals-examples.htm">learning goals</a> and go for it! Think that in just one year you can completely change your life. If lack of time is the problem then be so nice and realize once and for all, you can learn and read at least ten times fast within one year. Money? Well&#8230; that really stops to be a problem once you&#8217;re able to learn any new skill fast as lighting. When you think of it, one year is a small drop of your lifetime so just start to learn faster and have the life that you want deeply inside yourself. Get better salary, help your kids to get at better school and be smarter&#8230; do you already realize what fast learning or speed reading can change in your life? It can not only change some small things, it can completely level up your happiness, pleasure taken from life and give you one thousand new things to enjoy!</p>
