Ok, so you want to practice to boost your brain? Most important thing is that basically any physical practice makes blood in your brain circulation better and in addition for any exercise tell your brain to instantly produce hormones of happiness which are called endorphins. All right so we know that brain gym exercises are equal to just any other activity. What else you can do to train your brain? Let’s go over it in few short steps:

  • 1. Breathing – practice meditation or at least various breathing techniques… take a deep breath, hold it for a second and breath out. Repeat this three times and then relax.
  • 2. Jogging – simply more oxygen and better circulation of blood in your brain the better it works so start doing ANY exercise today. Abdominals and push-ups works not only for body but also for mind sculpting!
  • 3. As for above… still, there’s nothing better for your head than logic quests and mind puzzles.
